First step to build a house is to hire a Designer or an Architect to provide construction documents and plans to build on. At MI our knowledgeable designer team is available to offer you this service at 100% complimentary and free of charge,  

Next step after design package is ready and approved by client, we will begin the permit process. After permit is ready, construction will kick off, and your beautiful house will be ready between 6-12 months.
